1. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

AgentSequence's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This disclosure explains how AgentSequence accesses, uses, stores, and protects data obtained through Google APIs, specifically Gmail. We are committed to transparency and compliance with Google's policies.

2. Data We Access from Google

When you connect your Gmail account to AgentSequence, we request access to the following scopes:

3. How We Use Google Data

Permitted Use Cases

  • Sending Campaign Emails: We use your Gmail account to send personalized email campaigns to your real estate contacts on your behalf.
  • Reply Detection: We monitor your inbox for replies to campaign emails. When a contact replies, we automatically pause their campaign to prevent over-communication.
  • Engagement Tracking: We track email engagement metrics (opens, clicks) to help you measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Gmail Watch Notifications: We register for Gmail push notifications to detect replies in real-time without continuously polling your inbox.

Prohibited Uses (What We Will NEVER Do)

  • We do NOT use Gmail data for advertising purposes.
  • We do NOT sell or share Gmail data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to providing our email automation service.
  • We do NOT build user profiles based on Gmail data for purposes unrelated to providing our Services.
  • We do NOT transfer Gmail data to other applications except as necessary to provide and improve the specific features you use.
  • We do NOT allow humans to read your Gmail content unless required for security purposes, legal compliance, or with your explicit consent.

4. Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your Google account credentials and data:

5. Your Control Over Google Data

You have complete control over your Gmail connection and can revoke access at any time:

Option 1: Disconnect via AgentSequence

  1. Log in to your AgentSequence account
  2. Navigate to Settings → Email Settings
  3. Click "Disconnect Gmail"
  4. Your OAuth tokens are immediately deleted from our database

Option 2: Revoke via Google Account

  1. Visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
  2. Find "AgentSequence" in your list of connected apps
  3. Click "Remove Access"
  4. This immediately invalidates all tokens associated with your account

Note: Disconnecting Gmail will stop all active email campaigns that use your Gmail account. You can reconnect at any time to resume sending emails.
